In Greek, a home above is called "anogion" and it literally means "over [ano] the ground [gion]". We could think of no better name for that type of accommodation, when integrated to our hotel, as it is actually the old name of the building defining its use and tells you that the main entrance of this old traditional Cycladic home is located on the upper road of the village.
The Home Above [Anogion/Anójion] (45 m2) splits into two levels. The lower level is devoted to your sitting room, dining room, fully-equipped, built-in kitchen, a bathroom complete with a shower and all the necessary accessories and toiletries, and a bedroom with a built, double-bed platform. The sitting room and the bedroom give to an outdoor veranda (14 m2) overlooking the village’s traditional neighborhood. On the upper level ("patari", a form of elevated platform floor) there is a two-bed bedroom with a small, outdoor veranda overlooking the Aegean Sea, the island of Delos, and the village’s surrounding vistas.Facilities & Services
